General Description
Direct Expansion Air Conditioning System
ZJ series of direct-expansion air handling unit is a new generation of air conditioning unit with coldproof source, which transforms the conventional design philosophy to that highlighting conciseness and efficiency that the complicated water system is changed to a refrigerant direct-evaporation system which has a simplified structure, increased evaporation temperature of refrigerant, and lowered costs of engineering construction and equipment operation.
Product Characteristics
1. Air-conditioner Cabinet
⑴Casing: special Al material framework for cold-proof bridge, double-layer steel board, processed by AMADA of Japanese, one-off bending formation technology, spray paint on surface.
⑵Thermal insulation: PUR foaming material
⑶Fan: Centrifugal fan with high performance and low noise is applied
⑷Heat exchanger: It is processed by American OAK production line, wing-type refrigerant direct-expansion coil pipe, with high heat exchanging efficiency.
⑸Electric heater: Stainless fin-type electric heater, it is mainly applied for heating in winter and it could be applied to defrost equipment to protect the coil pipe as well.
⑹Humidifier: When wind humidity needs to be controlled, humidifiers with types of dry steam, electrode type, moisture film type could be selected and installed
⑺Controlling method: Imported or domestic instrument with high performance. Controlling instrument could be with reserved remote controlling interface
2. Air-cooled condensing unit:
⑴Compressor: High performance imported semi-closed vortex or semi-closed compressor could be applied.
⑵External shell: It is processed by Japanese AMADA equipment, with one-off bending formation technology, stainless steel with high quality is applied, outdoor placement, without rusting.
⑶Cooling accessories: International famous brand of expansion valve, electromagnetic valve, HV/LV controlled will be applied.
